These are the Terms & Conditions for Never Missed Job (nevermissedjob.com), the registered brand and business operating this SMS messaging program. Never Missed Job is a sole proprietorship based in Chicago, Illinois. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Never Missed Job monitors calls to a phone number you designate. When a call is not answered within a set time, we send an automated text message to the caller on your behalf and continue a text conversation to determine what they need and help schedule service.
You confirm that you own or control the phone number you connect, and that you authorize us to send text messages from a number associated with your business to people who call it. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you give us and for reviewing conversations and following up with callers where appropriate.
The service may not be used to send unsolicited marketing, to contact people who have not called your business, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend the service immediately if it is used this way.
Service is billed monthly in advance, plus a one-time setup fee. There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable.
We depend on third-party providers including telephone carriers and cloud services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and interruptions in those providers may prevent messages from being sent or delivered.
Replies are generated automatically. While we work to keep them accurate and appropriate, automated replies can contain errors. We do not quote prices or confirm availability on your behalf unless you configure the service to do so. You remain responsible for what you ultimately agree with your customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages.
Either party may end the agreement at any time. On termination we stop responding to your missed calls and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account, and the updated version posted here.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
