This is the Privacy Policy for Never Missed Job (nevermissedjob.com), the registered brand and business operating this SMS messaging program. Never Missed Job ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship based in Chicago, Illinois. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.
Two groups: business owners who purchase our service, and people who call one of those businesses and receive an automated text reply.
From business customers: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and billing information.
From callers: the phone number that placed the call, the date and time of the call, whether the call was answered, and the contents of any text conversation that follows.
To reply to missed calls on behalf of the business you called, to help schedule service, to provide the business with a summary of calls received, and to operate and support the service.
When you call a business that uses Never Missed Job and the call is not answered within 15 seconds, you will receive a text message from that business. Your inbound phone call is your consent to receive that reply. We do not send messages to any number that has not called the business first.
Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation — typically a few messages per missed call. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and automatically.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate: Twilio (telephone and SMS delivery), Anthropic (generating message replies), and our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
The business you called can see the conversation you had with their number, because the conversation is with them.
We may disclose information if required by law.
Call records and message history are retained while the business remains a customer, and deleted within 90 days of their account closing.
You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request deletion, email hello@nevermissedjob.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the operator of the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The service is intended for businesses and their customers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
